Shipping Policies
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the order
and are calculated in our online store as you shop. There is no
guesswork--upon viewing your shopping cart, the available
shipping rates for your order are immediately shown.
When you make a purchase in our online store, you will first
receive an e-mail receipt confirming all of the details of your order.
Then when your order is shipped, you will receive a second
confirmation e-mail that includes the ship date of your package.
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days of the online
order date.
Orders are shipped on weekdays, Monday through Friday
(except postal holidays), via U.S. Postal Service with Electronic
Delivery Confirmation Service. Electronic Delivery Confirmation
provides tracking of your order from our warehouse to your door,
including the exact date and time of its delivery to your address.
