Return Policies
Returns must be authorized by calling our Customer Service
Department (1-888-677-6521, Option 2) to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RMA#) within three business days
of receipt of an order. Unathorized returns are not accepted.
Once an RMA# is issued, the returned item(s) must be shipped
back to OSS Publishing within three (3) business days.
The item(s) must be returned by the U.S. Postal Service with
Delivery Confirmation/Tracking, in original condition/original
packaging. The RMA# should be written on the outside of the
package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) by our Customer Service
Department, the purchase price of the item(s), minus a 15%
re-stocking fee (to cover the cost of processing the return)
will be refunded to the customer within three (3) business days.
The shipping cost of the original order is non-refundable.
The refund will be issued in the same manner of payment as
the original purchase, and the customer will be notified by phone
or e-mail upon the completion of the return/refund process.
